Do you provide installation and after-sales service?

Yes. Our biomedical engineers install and commission equipment, train your staff and offer preventive maintenance and annual maintenance contracts (AMC/CMC).

What payment terms do you offer?

New customers usually pay in advance or on delivery. Registered hospitals and institutions can apply for credit terms and rate contracts after approval.

Can I get product samples before ordering in bulk?
